The Project
AI for Good, Made Practical
Civil AI will select organisations working on important social causes through a transparent process and support them with reusable tools designed for safe use under human supervision.
The goal is to help civil organisations run stronger fundraising campaigns and build skills they can use independently afterwards. The initiative puts AI for Good principles into practice through tools, staff training and responsible working methods that last beyond one campaign.

First Implementation Location
Hungary Joins Civil AI
01 / 2027 Campaigns
Hungary is the first country to join the Civil AI initiative as an implementation location. The project will support selected NGOs in their 2027 campaigns encouraging taxpayers to allocate 1% of their personal income tax to eligible nonprofit organisations.
Participating NGOs without their own AI teams will receive free, practical AI support designed for safe use under human supervision. Coordinated by HTITF, the programme combines tools, training and expert guidance to help organisations strengthen their campaigns and build skills they can continue using independently.
